***Per South Carolina state law, notarial fees are $5 per signature. Upstate Notary Service charges a minimum travel fee of $40 in addition to a convenience fee ($25-$50) based on location and time of appointment.***
Our Convenience Fee for Hospitals, Jails and Airports is $100.00. With a $5 per 15 minute fee for every additional 15 minutes of waiting after the appointment time.
Out of State Real Estate closings are billed at the Title Company rate of $125.00.

WEDDING OFFICIANT
JUST MAKE IT LEGAL – Only signing of marriage licenses, legal pronunciation & delivery of licenses to courts. Officiant will meet anywhere of your choice within 20 miles round trip. Any miles over will have an additional travel fee agreed upon at time of booking.
